Refund Policy:

  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services.

  • We take pride in the quality of our work, and our skilled technicians strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If you have any concerns about your service, please bring them to our attention during your appointment or contact us promptly after your visit.

Service Satisfaction:

  • Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

Service Adjustments:

  • If you experience any issues with your nail service, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments within a reasonable timeframe after your initial appointment. Please contact us at (07) 3420 4987 to discuss any concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Nail Bar by Creative Claws for your nail care needs. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be adjusted or canceled. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Guidelines:

  • We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (07) 3420 4987, visit us in store or contact us via social media (@thenailbar_creativeclaws) at least 24 hours before your scheduled time

Exceptions:

  • We understand that emergencies and unexpected events may occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining time. However, please understand if we are booked out we may have to reschedule your appointment.
